The actual time commitment is customized to meet the needs of the participant and will vary.
Generally, the program can be valued at $3,000-$6,000 depending on travel costs and the education options chosen.
Customized Scalable Project
Participants have an option to work on a business project related to their position within their organization. The WesPay mentor will work with the participant’s manager to determine what would be appropriate.
Following the completion of the Emerging Leaders in Payments Program, the participant will continue to hone and use their new leadership skills by assisting with ELP Program communications throughout the next year, including providing quotes to promote the program. The participant may also choose to serve on the Member Advisory Council for a minimum of one year to further develop their leadership skills.
