Refunds & Returns Policy

Return Fee: Effective January 1, 2013, WesPay will charge a $25 return fee for any ACH or check payment returned to our company.


If you cannot attend, you may call to substitute another person or transfer to another location without penalty. If you cancel, a fee of $50 per person is charged. If you cancel less than five business days before the date of the workshop, 50% of the registration fee will be charged. If you do not show up, no refund is given. No credits are given to those who do not attend the workshop.


Online registration deadline is 2 business days before session date. Fax-in form registration deadline is same-day before session. Payment (if applicable) must be received by the day of session. 50% refund for cancellations made within 2 days prior to session.


Cancelations must be made in writing. 100% refund until 90 days prior to the event, less a $75 processing fee. For cancelations received between 15 and 89 days, 50% of the registration fee will be charged. For cancelations received after 15 days before the event, or no shows, no refund is given. Substitutions will be allowed when submitted in writing.


Unused and sealed publications may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund and a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. No refunds will be made on shipping and/or handling.
