Types of Certificates

There are two types of certificates available:

UPDATED! Functional Area Certificates - The self-paced curriculum of these certificates consist of five to six pre-recorded webcasts with corresponding tests. Each certificate is designed to support a specific functional area within your organization.

NEW! Network Certificates - Consist of 11-13 live webinars in a concentrated timeframe with a single, comprehensive test at the conclusion. These certificates provide a more thorough explanation of one of the integrated payment networks such as ACH or Check. These certificates are excellent preparation for professional certifications in AAP and NCP. Maintaining your certificate will require attending a specified course annually.
