The 2013 NACHA Operating Rules & Guidelines contain:
- Complete discussions of each ACH Network participant type and its role and obligations in the ACH Network
- An expanded section on Standard Entry Class Codes
- An Appendices section which consolidates charts, sample forms and reference materials in one quick-find location
New and veteran users of the Guidelines will benefit from its improved organization, streamlined language and updated guidance on key topics.
Each edition of the printed book or CD version of the 2013 NACHA Operating Rules comes with access to ACH Rules Online, the electronic version of the Rules. The site is fully searchable by phrase and keyword, with additional “go to page” functionality. Users have unlimited ability to bookmark and save searches.

Book (includes Online Access)
The print version includes the NACHA Operating Rules in their entirety, but restricts access to the Guidelines to those sections relevant to corporate Originators and Receivers. Purchase of a book includes ACH Rules Online access. Current online users will need to reactivate their account with their new serial number (found on the inside front cover of the book) in January 2012.
CD (includes Online Access)
An alternative to the book, the CD is a searchable, read-only pdf file, packaged in a cardboard, 4-panel, 5 ¼” x 5 ¼” self-mailer, with the same contents and access to ACH Rules Online as the print edition.
Online-Only Access
Save on delivery costs by purchasing premium-level online-only access to either regular or corporate editions of the Rules book at ACH Rules Online. WesPay will deliver access codes to you via email.
Corporate Edition
The Corporate edition of the Rules book provides user access to the NACHA Operating Rules in their entirety, but restricts NACHA Operating Guidelines access to sections relevant to corporate Originators and Receivers.
