Complimentary Annual Member Access to the Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines
We have addressed below the standard questions WesPay receives about this important member benefit. If you have additional questions, contact Member Services.
Any changes to this member benefit must be made by October 30, 2020.
Do I need to order my complimentary member copy of the Rules?
No! The Primary Contact of your organization will automatically receive access to the Rules, in the format shown on your company profile with WesPay.
What format will my organization receive?
By default, all members receive access to the Rules Online. Click here to see all formats and specification details. If changes have previously been made, that remains on record.
Your organization's Primary Contact can view the currently selected format using the steps on the right side of this page.
What if I want to change the format we receive?
The Primary Contact can email Member Services or call (415) 433-1230. Emailing is the preferred method to let us know of the request. Changes can only be made, and guaranteed delivery of the new format, provided the request is received by October 30, 2020.
When will we receive our member copy and who is it shipped to?
Your Primary Contact will receive your complimentary member copy. For print books, WesPay begins shipping in early January. Member copies are shipped first, but please allow ample time for delivery given the overall high shipping volume at this time of year.
Subscription codes for the Online Resource and ebook (app required) formats are made available on your WesPay company profile page on our website the first week in January. The Primary Contact has access to this information. An email is sent to the Primary Contact, typically by January 10-12 with the code and a link to instructions for redeeming the code.
What if my Primary Contact didn't receive the book or the email?
Prior to contacting WesPay, please do allow adequate time for delivery. For email delivery of the subscription code, be sure to check spam folders. Contact Member Services if you have not received your email by the end of January, or physical mailing by the end of February.
It's a good idea to have the Primary Contact make sure their shipping address and email address are up to date prior to October 30, 2020.
