Complimentary Annual Member Access to the NACHA Operating Rules & Guidelines

We have addressed below the standard questions WesPay receives about this important member benefit. If you have additional questions, contact Member Services.

Do I need to order my complimentary member copy of the Rules?

No! Only the Primary Contact of your organization will automatically receive access to the Rules, in the format shown on your company profile with WesPay.

What format will my organization receive?

Be default, all members receive access to the Rules Online. Click here to see all formats and specification details.

Your organization's Primary Contact can view the currently selected format using the steps on the right side of this page.

What if I want to change the format we receive?

The Primary Contact can email Member Services or call (415) 433-1230. Emailing is the preferred method to let us know of the request. Changes can only be made and guaranteed delivery of the new format provided the request is received by October 11, 2019.

When will we receive our member copy and who is it shipped to?

Your Primary Contact will receive your complimentary member copy. For print books, WesPay begins shipping on January 2. Member copies are shipped first, but please allow ample time for delivery given the overall high volume we are shipping.

Subscription codes for Online (web-based) and Digital App (ebook) are made available on your WesPay company profile page on our website on January 2. A courtesy email is sent to the Primary Contact about availability. We have created a new web page for the Primary Contact with instructions on how to retrieve and register the subscription code. Only the Primary Contact has the credentials necessary to view this page and the page containing your organization's code. 

What if my Primary Contact didn't receive the book or the email?

Prior to contacting WesPay, please allow adequate time for delivery. For email delivery of the subscription code, be sure to check spam folders. Contact Member Services if you have not received your email by the end of January, or physical mailing by the end of February.

It's a good idea to have the Primary Contact make sure their shipping address and email address are up to date prior to November 15, 2019.

Available Formats for the Nacha Operating Rules

Online Rules (web-based) - The online version of the Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines print book. Interactive site with responsive design, allowing for an easy and responsive viewing experience from a desktop computer, laptop or a mobile device. The Rules are divided into sections for easy browsing and content searches. The site is fully searchable by phrase and keyword, with additional "go to page" functionality, bookmarking and the ability to save searches. Limited printing capabilities have been added, along with limited copying and pasting functionality. Access to the Online Rules runs from January 1 through December 31 for the edition year. Only the paid subscription contains the Guidelines and special features. 

Print Book - Spiral-bound for easier use. Each purchase through December 15, 2019, will include a subscription code for additional Online Rules access. Books purchased after December 15 will not include the subscription code. Add a set of Rule Book Tabs to simplify finding frequently referenced sections. 

Digital App (ebook) - Provides access to the digital Adobe-based format (read-only) on up to two devices - anywhere, any time. Includes search and bookmark functionality. This product utilizes an App (Flux Player) which is downloaded to your device for offline access to the Rules on up to two devices. Works with numerous operating systems and devices, including: PC/Windows, MAC (OSX), Android phones and tablets, Apple iOS (iPad, iPhone, iPod touch), and Kindle.

Volume Discounts are Automatic!

Members receive volume discounts when logged in. Discounts will automatically be applied to items in your shopping cart based on the quantity ordered. Pricing is tiered for quantities of 1-9, 10-99 and 100+ same-item volumes., placed in the same order

Self-Service - Retrieving Your Subscription Code

For those members receiving their member copy in Online or Digital App format
Only Primary Contacts can access this information.

Subscription Codes will be available by January 3. Get your code using these steps.

  1. Log in at www.wespay.org.
  2. Select "Hi, Name" at the top of the page. This takes you to your personal profile.
  3. Choose the "Complimentary Rules Info" tab.
  4. Scroll down a bit and select your organization's name. This will take you to the company profile, where the information is housed.

You will see the edition and format you are receiving, and the subscription code if the format is Online or Digital Access. Online codes begin with "OR" followed by the two digit edition year and digital subscription codes are all alpha characters.
